Regardless of developments in modern medicine and science, one cannot deny the power of food and it’s foundational role for our overall health. It is easy to see the effects of relying solely on modern medicine while negating the value of whole foods , exercise and stress management in the modern world. The alarming rates of degenerative diseases, type 2 diabetes, obesity and cancer are proof that we need to find a happy medium between modern eating & living mixed with traditional knowledge, foods and stress management.
During your first visit, we will discuss and assess your current situation and get you started on the path to health. Please make sure to download, fill out and bring with you the Lifestyle Questionnaire and Food Journal. For your second visit, we will review your customized plan and address any questions or concerns you may have with the plan.
